Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced a trading halt of Danah Al Safat Foodstuff’s stock as of Wednesday, 2 October 2019, until Tuesday, 8 October.

The suspension is based on the decision taken by Danah Al Safat’s ordinary general meeting’s (OGM) to reduce the capital, Boursa Kuwait said on Tuesday.

The firm’s stock will resume its trading activity once the capital cut procedures are completed. Danah Al Safat will be back to trading on Wednesday, 9 October.

Earlier in September, the OGM approved to cut the firm’s capital by 10.19% to KWD 10.928 million from KWD 12.168 million.
