Riyadh – Mubasher: Baazeem Trading Co announced that its board of directors has approved by circulation to transfer the company's shares to the main market Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI).

This resolution is subject to the Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) approval and is conditional to meet all the requirements set by the market, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

On 7 October, Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Company (Abo Moati) and Thob Al Aseel Company revealed that their boards had nodded to transfer their shares to the main market TASI.
