Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital announced that cash dividends worth SAR 8.16 million to the unitholders of Taleem REIT Fund for the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019.

The distributions are based on 51 million existing units, with a profit amount of SAR 0.16 per unit, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

The ratio of the distribution value per unit to the initial price of the unit is 1.6%.

In addition, the distribution ratio equals 1.55% of the net asset value starting 31 December 2018 or 24/4/1440 H.

The dividends will be due to the unitholders registered by the end of Tuesday, 15 October 2019, and will be paid within 15 business days.
