Mubasher: Unicap Investment and Finance said that its CEO, Mohamed Abdel Moneim Abdel Wahab Mughira has resigned from his position.

The resignation was submitted on Monday, 14 October 2019, and it will be proposed to the coming board meeting for approval, according to a recent filing to Boursa Kuwait.

It is worth highlighting that Wadie Abdullah Al Sayegh is the chairman of Unicap, while Abdullah Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al Qandi is the deputy chairman.
