Riyadh – Mubasher: Northern Region Cement Company posted its interim financial results for the third quarter of 2019.

Net profits after zakat and tax hiked by 425.5% to SAR 26.23 million in Q3-19, compared to SAR 4.9 million in Q3-18, according to the firm’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.

Total revenues soared by 96.4% to SAR 194.6 million in the three-month period between July and September, versus SAR 99 million in the same period the year before.

For the first nine months of 2019, the company turned profitable recording SAR 55.8 million, against losses of SAR 238,519 in the same period a year ago.

The company generated SAR 463.25 million in revenues by the end of September, up 36.4% from SAR 339.4 million in September 2018.

Profit per share stood at SAR 0.31 in September, versus a loss per share of 0.001 in the corresponding period of the fiscal year 2018.
