Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Co (OEIHC) has appointed Kannan Kumaraswamy as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) after the existing CFO, A. V. Manohar, has retired earlier on Thursday, 31 October 2019.    

The appointment will be effective starting Thursday, end of October, according to a disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) earlier today. 

It is noteworthy that the new CFO, Kumaraswamy, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Oman & Emirates Investment is dually-listed on the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
