Kuwait – Mubasher: Aayan Real Estate Company has reported a 17.8% increase in profits in the third quarter (Q3) of the year to KWD 378,000 ($1.25 million), compared with KWD 321,000 ($1.06 million) a year earlier.

The company also achieved KWD 1.76 million in profits during the nine-month period ended 30 September 2019, recording a 118.1% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared with KWD 806,960 for the corresponding period in 2018.

Aayan credited the rise in profits to selling real estate units and an overall increase in other revenues.
