Cairo – Mubasher: Cairo Educational Services’ board has recommended the distribution of EGP 0.8 per share in cash dividends for the fiscal year ended 31 August 2019.

The board also approved a management contract with a subsidiary, according to a bourse statement released on Tuesday.

It is worth noting that Cairo Educational Services reported a 17.78% year-on-year profit decline during the fiscal year 2018/2019.

The company’s profits went down to EGP 11.22 million from September 2018 to August 2019, compared to EGP 13.6 million in the year-ago period.
