Riyadh – Mubasher: Taiba Investments Company’s board of directors has decided to distribute cash dividends for the third quarter (Q3) of the year at 4.5% or SAR 0.45 per share, with a total value of SAR 72.2 million.

The dividends will be distributed on 28 November 2019, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.

The eligibility for dividends shall be for the shareholders at the end of the trading session on 13 November, and as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The total number of shares stand at roughly 160.46 million shares.

Dividends will be transferred to the shareholders' account through Riyadh Bank.

The company posted a 12.8% year-on-year increase in its profits for Q3-19 to SAR 67.8 million.

For the first nine months of 2019, profits jumped by 10.8% to SAR 148.38 million, from SAR 133.8 million in the same period of the prior year.
