Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Gulf Cement Co., on Thursday, announced a turn to loss of AED 3.856 million over the nine months period ended 30 September 2019, against a profit of AED 1.604 million in the prior-year period.

Revenue reached AED 341.012 million over the same period in 2019, 8% down from AED 371.675 million a year earlier, according to a press release.      

During the first half of 2019, Gulf Cement’s profits registered around AED 856,500 which were down from AED 5.5 million in H1-18.

It is worth noting that Gulf Cement is a dual-listed company on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and Boursa Kuwait.
