Mubasher: Abyaar Real Estate Development’s shareholders have approved a proposal to withdraw the company’s shares from Boursa Kuwait, according to a bourse statement released on Tuesday.

Moreover, shareholders of Kuwait Syrian Holding approved the optional withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait.

It is worth noting that Abyaar’s recorded a year-on-year increase of 215.1% in losses during the third quarter of 2019.

Kuwait Syrian Holding turned to loss during the third quarter of the fiscal year 2019, reporting a net loss of KWD 38,890.
