Riyadh – Mubasher: Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Company announced that it will distribute cash dividends to its shareholders for the first half (H1) of the year on 2 December 2019.

Arab National Bank (ANB) will distribute dividends to the shareholders through direct transfers to their bank accounts linked to investment portfolios, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

The eligibility of dividends will be for shareholders registered in the Register of Securities Depository Center by the end the second day following the date of the ordinary general meeting (OGM), which was held on Thursday 21 November.

It is worth noting that the OGM approved distributing share dividends at SAR 0.75 per share for H1-19.
