Riyadh – Mubasher: National Building and Marketing Company reported a 46.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase in profits for the third quarter (Q3) of the year, as shown by the company’s interim financial results for the nine-month period ending on 30 September 2019.

Net profit after Zakat and tax amounted to SAR 11.215 million in Q3-19, compared with SAR 7.656 million for Q3-18, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

On a quarterly basis, net profits surged by 104.8% compared with the previous quarter.

As for the first nine months of 2019, net profits amounted to SAR 19.77 million, decreasing by 1.77% compared with the same period last year.

Accordingly, profit per share reached SAR 1.89, compared with SAR 3.35 in the same period in 2018.
