Mubasher: Abyaar Real Estate Development said on Monday that a Gulf bank has sold a land of a subsidiary of the real-estate company for AED 15.005 million ($4.09 million).

The sale of the land was made in an auction, Abyar said in a bourse filing.

This will result in a reduction by the same value and restructuring of subisidiary’s liabilities.
