Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced the completion of KWD 404.160 transaction on the shares of Kuwait Syrian Holding Company.

The transaction was executed on 10.923 million shares at 37 fils each, according to a statement by Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday.

Boursa Kuwait referred that National Investments Company (NIC) is the seller and buyer for Sheikh Nasser bin Rashid bin Abdul Aziz Al Mualla in the transaction.

It is noteworthy to mention that the capital of Kuwait Syrian Holding stands at KWD 17.628 million, distributed over around 176.28 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
