Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Basic Chemical Industries Company (BCI) has recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for 2019 at SAR 1 per share.

A total of SAR 27.5 million dividends will be distributed over 27.5 million eligible shares, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

Dates for the next general assembly meeting and the dividends distribution are yet to be announced.
