Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Company announced that it will distribute SAR 15 million in cash dividends to its shareholders for the second half (H2) of the year.

Dividends will be distributed over 15 million shares, at SAR 1 per share, representing 10% of the share’s par value, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The dividends will be distributed on 22 January 2020.

Eligibility data has been set as 31 December 2019. The eligibility of dividends will be for shareholders at the end of trading on 31 December, and as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
