Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company (AICC) announced that the board of directors has approved the resignation of CEO Ammar Al Halawani.

The board also approved the appointment of Ziad bin Mohammed Al Rabeesh as the company’s CEO, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

The new CEO will assume his role starting from 1 January 2020.
