Whereas, SAMA's No Objection has been received, Saudi British Bank (SABB) announces the following Elected Board approvals:
1- To appoint Ms. Lubna Sulaiman Olayan as Board Chairman.
2- To appoint Mr. Saad Abdulmohsen Al-Fadly as Vice Chairman. |
