Riyadh – Mubasher: Musharaka Capital announced a SAR 30.08 million cash distribution to the unitholders of the Musharaka REIT for the second half (H2) of 2019.

The amount of profits distributed per unit stands at SAR 0.35, representing 3.5% of the unit’s original price, or 3.46% of the asset’s total value, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

The cash distribution will be paid within 15 working days from the entitlement date on 7 January 2020, the company noted.
