Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital announced the distribution of SAR 8.16 million in cash dividends to Taleem REIT Fund unitholders for the period from 1 October to 31 December 2019.

Cash distributions will be based on 51 million existing units, with the amount of distributed profit standing at SAR 0.16 per unit, equivalent to 1.6% to the unit’s initial price.

The distribution ratio amounts to 1.54% of the net assets value as of 30 June 2019, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Moreover, Saudi Fransi Capital noted that eligibility of dividends will be for unitholders registered at the Securities Depository Center by the end of Wednesday 15 January 2020 and that dividends distributions will be paid within 15 business days.
