Riyadh – Mubasher: Muscat Capital announced a SAR 14.88 million cash distribution of profits to the unitholders of Al Mashaar REIT for the period between 1 July and 31 December 2019.

With 57.24 million units, the distribution will be at SAR 0.26 per unit, representing 2.6% of the unit’s initial price, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

Eligibility of cash dividends will be to unitholders as per registry as of 23 January 2020.

Meanwhile, the distribution date will be within 15 working days from the due date, the statement noted.
