Cairo – Mubasher: The Waterway has launched ‘5A’ integrated business area, comprising administrative, commercial, and entertainment services, in Cairo’s Tagamou El-Khames with investments totalling EGP 4 billion.

Spanning over 35,000 square metres, “5A” features built-up areas divided into 32,000 administrative metres, 20,000 commercial metres, and 44,000 metres for garages and parking, according to a statement on Tuesday.

The Equity Real Estate Development is the marketing arm of the "5A" project. 

Units are scheduled to be delivered starting from 2020, the Equity Real Estate Development’s CEO, Haitham Samir, revealed.

The property developer “started to receive demands by big brands as well as major companies and institutions wishing to buy commercial and administrative areas. The deals will effectively be executed and announced during next March,” he added.
