Riyadh – Mubasher: Tabuk Cement Company on Sunday announced the appointment of Saoud bin Solaiman Al Juhni as the new chairman.

Moreover, the company appointed new board members, including Abdulaziz bin Abdelrahman Al khamis as the deputy chairman, according to a bourse statement.

It is worthy to note that an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) took place on 2 January 2020 to nominate a board for the new term starting 26 January 2020 until 25 January 2023.
