Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Financial and Industrial Company (EFIC) recorded a 36.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase in profits to EGP 144.25 million during 2019 from EGP 105.83 million in 2018, according to the company’s unaudited standalone financial data to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

The company’s revenues declined to EGP 884.2 million in 2019 from EGP 890 million in the prior year.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months of 2019, EFIC’s profits fell by 10% YoY to around EGP 54.5 million from EGP 60.7 million in the same period of the earlier year.
