Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Rajhi Bank announced that its Board of Directors (BOD) has recommended the distribution of SAR 3.75 billion in cash dividends to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2019.

Dividends will be distributed at SAR 1.5 per share after the deduction of Zakat, according to the bank’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

The number of eligible shares stands at 2.5 billion shares, while dividends per share represent 15% of the share’s par value.

It is worth noting that the bank distributed an equal amount in dividends for H1-19.
