Cairo – Mubasher: Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) announced the appointment of Amr El-Kady as the company’s vice CEO and managing director.

El-Kady has a wide experience in real estate development as he served as the CEO of City Edge Developments, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

It is noteworthy that during the first nine months of 2019, Talaat Moustafa Group Holding reported net profits of EGP 1.37 billion, compared to EGP 1.24 billion in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
