Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Qatar National Bank Al Ahli (QNB Al Ahli) approved a proposal for a cash dividend distribution for 2019’s earnings.

The bank’s shareholders approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 2 per share, having a nominal value of EGP 10, taking into account bonus shares previously approved to be distributed in February 2019, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.

The OGM also gave the green light to converting fixed assets in 2019 to a capital reserve of EGP 2.89 million.

For the full-year 2019, QNB Al Ahli reported net profits of EGP 8.5 billion, compared to EGP 7.2 billion in the previous year, including minority shareholders’ rights.
