Mubasher: Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company announced that its share of dividends from EQUATE Petrochemical Company and the Kuwait Olefins Company for 2019 reached KWD 11.62 million.

Qurain owns 6% of the paid-up capital of the two companies, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Thursday.

The dividends will be reflected in the company’s financial results for the last quarter of fiscal year ending on 31 March 2020.

It is noteworthy that during the nine-month period ended 31 December 2019, the company’s net profits went down to KWD 14.29 million from KWD 15.61 million ($51.42 million) in the year-ago period.
