Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Al Gassim Investment Holding Company (GACO) has appointed Saad bin Mohamed Ibrahim as the company’s chairman for the board of directors’ current term, which ends on 21 February 2023.

Meanwhile, Badr bin Hammad Al Qadi has been appointed as deputy chairman, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.

In addition, board member Abdullah bin Ibrahim has been appointed as the company’s CEO and managing director for the same three-year term.
