Dubai – Mubasher: The board of Fujairah Building Industries recommended the distribution of cash dividends for 2019 at 15 fils per share, representing 15% of the share capital.

Around AED 20.4 million in total will be distributed to shareholders, according to the company’s disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

It is worthy to highlight that last year, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the distribution of 10 fils per share as cash dividends for 2018.
