Listing the Capital Increase for Banque Du Caire (BQDC.CA)
The Listing Committee held on 12/02/2020 has approved to list the bank's capital increase from EGP 2.25 billion to EGP 5.25 billion, such capital increase amounted to EGP 3 billion distributed over 750 million shares at a par value of EGP 4 per share paid in cash through the subscription of the main investor (Bank Misr) excluding the pre-emptive rights of the Bank’s existing shareholders.
These new shares shall be added to EGX database starting 17/02/2020 trading session.
