MetLife AIG ANB announces that the end of the creditors ’objection period related to the merger deal between MetLife AIG ANB and Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company is approaching

| Announcement Detail | With reference to the MetLife AIG ANB announcement on the date of 03/06/1441 H (corresponding to - 28/01/2020 G) on Tadawul regarding the start of the creditors ’objection to the merger agreement between MetLife A IG ANB and Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company In accordance with the provisions of Article (193) of the Companies Law, MetLife AIG ANB wishes to remind that the creditors ’objection period will expire at the end of the day 03/07/1441 H(corresponding to 27/02/2020 G). Under the Companies Law, the merger decision will take effect immediately after the creditors ’objection period has elapsed, in the absence of any existing objection from MetLife AIG ANB creditors to the merger deal.
