Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of AXA Cooperative Insurance Company has recommended 7% cash dividends for fiscal year 2019.

The dividend distribution stands at SAR 0.7 per share, amounting to SAR 35 million distributed on 50 million shares,  according to the company’s disclosure to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.

The company referred that the date of the distribution will be set following the approval of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) and concerned parties.
