Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Al Ezz for Ceramics and Porcelain (GEMMA) recommended a cash dividend distribution of EGP 22.97 million for 2019.

The board also decided to allocate EGP 145 million as retained earnings for 2020 as the company's total distributable profits amounted to EGP 173.16 million, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

For the full-year 2019, GEMMA reported net profits of EGP 52.47 million, compared to EGP 5.78 million in the prior year.
