Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Air Arabia has approved to distribute 9% of the capital or 9 fils per share as cash dividends for fiscal year 2019.

During their meeting, the shareholders have set 18 March as the last entitlement day and 19 March as the ex-dividend date, according to the company’s recent press release.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the net profits of the low-cost carrier surged by 80% to around AED 1 billion, compared to AED 579.163 million in 2018.
