Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Kuwait Telecommunications Company (stc) approved the proposed dividend distribution of 50% of the share’s nominal value or 50 fils per share for the fiscal year (FY) ended on 31 December 2019.

The distribution will be to shareholders registered on records at the end of the maturity date, Wednesday 8 April 2020, and will be paid on 15 April, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

The OGM further approved a remuneration worth KWD 152,061 to the board members for last year.

In 2019, stc achieved a net profit of KWD 43.6 million.
