Cairo – Mubasher: Prime Holding’s investment banking arm Prime Capital announced the acquisition of Paradigm Invest’s consulting unit, according to a bourse statement on Monday.

The company appointed Hussein Abdel Rehim as the CEO and Sherif Bolbol as the managing director for mergers and acquisitions.

It is wort mentioning that in 2019, Prime Holding suffered net losses of EGP 11.63 million, versus net profits of EGP 32.23 million in 2018.
