Cairo – Mubasher: Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals (Sidpec) announced that its shareholders decided to raise the proposed cash dividend distribution for 2019’s earnings.
The ordinary general meeting (OGM) agreed on amending the board’s proposed dividends to EGP 0.30 per share from EGP 0.10 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
Dividends will be paid out in two equal installments in July and October.
For the full-year 2019, the company’s net profits dwindled to EGP 487 million from EGP 1.3 billion in 2018.
