Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 3.28% or 126.60 points to close Wednesday's trading session at 3,987.05 points, reversing its negative performance on Tuesday, 21 April.

The market cap value reached AED 441.84 billion, up by AED 12.57 billion from AED 429.27 billion during the previous session.

Turnover amounted to AED 169.55 million after around 70.88 million shares had been traded through 2,741 transactions.

The telecommunications sector hit the top of the risers with 5.45%.

Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) led the green zone with 14.71%, while Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (BILDCO) topped the red zone with 4.86%.

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) posted the highest turnover of AED 43.39 million, while Dana Gas, up 5.74%, recorded the highest trading volume of 15.74 million shares.
