Cairo – Mubasher: October Pharma said that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the board’s proposal for cash dividends for the year ended 31 December 2019.

The company’s shareholders agreed to distribute EGP 1.5 per share or 15% of the share’s nominal value as cash dividends for 2019, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, October Pharma’s net profits soared to EGP 33.83 million from EGP 18.3 million in 2018.
