Mubasher: Ekttitab Holding, dually-listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Boursa Kuwait, accepted the resignation of the company’s CEO, Mohammad Salah Al Ayoub, on Thursday, 30 April.

The announcement has no material impact on the company’s financial position, according to a stock exchange statement on Sunday.

It is noteworthy that in fiscal year (FY) 2019, the net loss of Ekttitab Holding fell by 12% to KWD 452,523 when compared to KWD 511,506 in 2018.
