Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) approved distributing SAR 15 million or SAR 1 per share as cash dividends for fiscal year (FY) 2019, equivalent to 10% of the company’s capital.

The distributions will be for shareholders registered on records at the end of the second trading day following the general assembly’s meeting, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The dividends will be distributed on Sunday 10 May through bank transfers.
