Mubasher: Osoul Investment’s general assembly agreed to the proposed cash dividend distribution of 12 fils per share or 12% of the share’s nominal value for fiscal year (FY) 2019.

The distributions will be matured to the shareholders registered on records at the end of the maturity date scheduled after 15 business days from the assembly’s date, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday.

The dividend distribution process will begin five business days from the maturity date.

Moreover, the assembly approved granting a remuneration of KWD 37,000 to board members and KWD 5,000 to independent board members for 2019.

It is noteworthy that in 2019, Osoul’s net earnings jumped by 161% year-on-year (YoY) recording KWD 1.83 million when compared to KWD 702,666 in 2018.
