UAE – Mubasher: The UAE has detected 781 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases after conducting 29,000 tests across the country, the UAE Ministry of Health announced on Sunday.

Today's new cases raise the total number of cases in the UAE to 18,198.

Meanwhile, 509 new recoveries were reported, bringing the total number of recovered cases to 4,804.

The death toll reached 198 after 13 deaths were confirmed on Sunday.

It is noteworthy to mention that on Saturday, 9 May, the UAE announced 624 new COVID-19 cases, 458 recoveries, and 11 deaths of different nationalities.
