Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian minister of planning and economic development Hala El-Saeed revealed that the number of completed and under-construction developmental projects from July 2014 until June 2021 reached about 25,000 at a combined cost of more than EGP 4 trillion.
From July 2014 to December 2019, above 16,000 developmental and service projects in all sectors have been established at a total value of EGP 2.2 trillion, El-Saeed added in a statement on Monday.
In addition, a total of 9,000 projects are being established at a total value of EGP 2 trillion, she noted.
The number of completed and under-construction projects in Upper Egypt govenorates reached 4,446 at a combined value of EGP 296 billion, of which 2,343 projects have been established at a cost of EGP 51 billion.
