Mubasher: The number of new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Kuwait jumped by 841 on Monday to reach 15,691 cases, the health ministry said on its official Twitter page.

In the meantime, Kuwait’s death toll from the new coronavirus increased by six cases to reach 118, while the number of recoveries rose by 246 to stand at 4,339. 

According to the latest data, a total of 11,234 patients are currently receiving treatment at hospitals, while 161 patients are in intensive care.

Over the past 24 hours, health authorities collected 3,838 samples and conducted more than 248,314 tests.
