Dubai - Mubasher: The number of passengers at Dubai International Airport (DXB) reached 17.82 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2020, representing 98% of the total number of passengers at Dubai airports.

The emirate's airports handled 18.25 million passengers during the first three months of 2020, according to the latest data by the Dubai Statistics Centre.

Dubai International Airport saw 8.78 million arrivals, 9.03 million departures, and 5.41 million transits in the January-March period.

Meanwhile, the number of flights at the airport amounted to 81.8 million in Q1-2020.
