Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Minapharm Pharmaceuticals approved a cash dividend distribution proposed for 2019.

Shareholders will be paid EGP 6 per share on 30 June, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

A total of EGP 10.5 million will be distributed to employees, while EGP 73.76 million will be paid to shareholders. In addition, the company’s OGM approved retained earnings of EGP 86.8 million.

It is noteworthy to mention that the company achieved net profits of EGP 148.41 million in 2019, up from EGP 124.24 million in 2018.

As for standalone business, Minapharm Pharmaceuticals logged net profits of EGP 46.035 million last year, down from EGP 72.12 million in 2018.
