UAE - Mubasher: Network International, the UAE's largest merchant acquirer, has launched Pay by Link acceptance platform to enable the businesses across the UAE to provide their services online.

The platform is part of the precautionary measures amid coronavirus (COVID-19), as the UAE businesses resort to e-commerce channels to offer their services, according to a press release on Monday.

Through the acceptance platform, the company will help small and medium-sized businesses in sectors, including healthcare, education, retail, and real estate, to develop online services and secure e-payments.

The platform is part of the company's online e-commerce payment gateway, N-Genius Online, developed in the UAE.

The group head of product and innovation at Network International, Paul Clarke, noted: "As consumer purchasing behavior shifts online, Network plays a critical role being the region’s largest provider of digital commerce. Our acceptance platform serves as an ‘enabler’ for SMEs to capitalise on the changing dynamics while meeting the rising demand for secure, seamless electronic payments."
